INGREDIENTS
1.5 - 2Kg - Beef Brisket3 Tbsp - Banging BBQ Spice Blend
2 Cups - Apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp - Tomato Puree
1Tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
If you want to be naughty add 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 150°c (Gas mark 2) and line a large baking tray with foil.
- Meanwhile, make sauce. In a small sauce pan, Combine the Banging BBQ Spice Blend with the vinegar, Tomato Puree, Worcestershire Sauce & brown sugar if you are being naughty. Simmer until slightly thickened, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Spoon the sauce over the Beef, cover with foil and slow roast in the oven for 3-3½hours until the beef is tender.
