BBQ Pulled Pork



3 tbsp Banging BBQ spice Blend
1.8kg Bone-in pork shoulder

(Salt & Pepper for Seasoning)


2 Tbsp - Banging BBQ Spice Blend
2 Cups -  Apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp - Tomato Puree
1 clove garlic, minced
If you want to be naughty add 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 325° and line a large baking sheet with foil. In a medium bowl, Rub our Banging BBQ spice blend all over pork shoulder and place on prepared baking sheet. Roast until pork easily comes away from bone when a fork is inserted, 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Let cool slightly before shredding.
  2. Meanwhile, make sauce. In a small sauce pan, Combine the Banging BBQ Spice Blend with the vinegar, Tomato Puree & brown sugar if you are being naughty. Simmer until slightly thickened, 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Season as needed with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon the sauce over shredded pork and serve.
