Chimi Churi Steak


3 Tbsp -So Easy Seasonings ChimiChuri blend
3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
2tbsp red wine vinegar
4tbsp olive oil
juice ½ lemon

Steak of your choice


  1. Add the Chimi Churi blend into a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of the olive oil, the lemon juice and crushed garlic and pulse to combine everything to a saucy consistency.
  2. Leave for at least 1 hour (this will keep in the fridge overnight for best results)

You can use this sauce as either a marinade before cooking the steak or even as a sauce to pour over once the steak is cooked.
