So Easy Seasonings - Chips & Wedges Blend
3 or 4 Large Baking Potatoes
Low Calorie cooking spray
1st - Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Place a baking tray in the oven to preheat)
2nd - Peel the potatoes and cut into 1cm thick chips or wedges
3rd - Bring a pan of water to the boil. Add the chips or wedges and par boil for 5 minutes, drain and leave to cool a little and then dry them with dry clean tea towel kitchen roll.
4th - Place the par boiled chips or wedges into a large bowl and sprinkle some So Easy Chips & Wedges blend and coat evenly.
5th - Spray a baking tray with low calorie cooking spray and spread the chips out making sure to leave a small gap between each chip for even cooking.
6th - Place in a preheated oven 200°c gas mark 6 for 40 minutes – turning once mid way through cooking
