2 large Chicken Breast cut into strips
So Easy Seasonings Shawarma Blend
1 Lemon juice only
Low cal cooking spray or Olive oil
(Salad of your choice)
Step 1 - Put the chicken strips in a large bowl, then add 2 tsp of So Easy Shawarma blend and 5tbsp of natural yogurt.
Step 2 - Spray with low cal cooking spray or 1tbsp of olive oil, then mix well so that all the chicken pieces are coated. Cover and place in the fridge (3 hours for added taste)
Step 3 - Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7- Place a baking tray in the oven to heat up for 10 mins.
Step 4 - Place the chicken strips on the baking tray and place in oven
Step 5 - Bake for 30 minutes, turning half-way through.
Step 6 - Remove the tray from the oven and get ready to serve
Step 7 - To assemble the Shawarma, you might want arrange a choice of salad on some wraps. Place the chicken on the wrap and then fold.
