Spice Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli

 2 tbsp So Easy Seasonings Impact Spice

250ml of vegetable stock

400g cauliflower and broccoli florets

low calorie cooking spray

red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped




  1. Mix the Impact Spice, garlic cloves and vegetable stock in a large bowl. Add cauliflower and broccoli florets and toss to coat well.


  1. Tip the cauliflower and broccoli on to a non-stick roasting tray, season and spray lightly with low calorie cooking spray.


  1. Roast in an oven preheated to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 for 30 minutes or until browned and tender, tossing halfway.


  1. Scatter the chilli and serve hot.
