Fat Free Natural Yogurt
1 x Large Chicken Breast
Steps
1st - Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Place a baking tray in the oven to preheat)
2nd - Add 5 x tbsp of natural yogurt in a bowl and add 2 tsp of our Tandoori Blend, mix well.
3rd - Dice the chicken breast in chunks to fit on skewers
4th - Cover the chicken in the yogurt blend (for extra taste leave for 3 hours in the fridge)
5th - Feed the chicken onto the skewers ready for cooking
6th - Place on baking tray and place in the oven for 25 minutes, turning half-way through.
