'Ya Salam' Chicken Skewers

Ya Salam Skewers

 

Ingredients 

  • 2 Tbsp - So Easy Seasonings 'Ya Salam' Blend
  • 4 Chicken breasts, all fat removed and cut into chunks
  • Low calorie cooking spray
  • 6 x Skewers

Method

Preheat oven to 200c / gas mark 6

  1. Place the in a bowl and sprinkle over 2 Tbsp of Ya Salam blend, mix to coat the Chicken evenly. 
  2. Thread the Chicken onto the skewers
  3. Spray a baking tray with low calorie cooking spray and lay out the Chicken Skewers
  4. Roast in the center of the oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked right through.
  5. Alternatively follow step 1 then pan fry the chicken skewers using low calorie cooking spray until cooked through.

Serve with salad and homemade chips for a delicious meal
