Are SO Easy meal kits suitable if I am on a diet plan?

YES. SO Easy kits are usable on most diet plans. At So Easy Seasonings we believe in healthy clean eating. We include a healthy recipe with every kit and further recipes on our website. We recommend the use of low calorie cooking spray and meat that is typically less than 5% fat for our recipes to aid people following diets. However, there is nothing stopping the consumer using oils or a splash of wine if desired.

Are SO Easy Seasonings and meal kits value for money?

Meal/Recipes can be made from as little as £7 to feed a family of 4/6. Including the price of the kit. At SO Easy we like to keep the cost of meals low for the consumer, Some of our kits have enough blends to produce 3 separate meals of 4 (ideal if you are entertaining guests)

Is it just herbs & spices?

YES. We pride ourselves on ‘Food with Integrity’ with our Seasonings and Meal kits. NO oils, fat, sugar, preservatives and additives are used. Food with integrity is our commitment to finding the very best 100% NATURAL ingredients for every kit.

How many servings are in each kit?

Each kit serves up to 3x meals for 4+ people depending on portion size & can be seen on our pots.

Will there be new flavours?

YES. We already have many flavours in development; please sign up to our newsletter as we will notify our customers when our new blends are launched and potential discount codes.

Are SO Easy Seasoning and Meal kits suitable for vegetarians?

YES. All of our collection is suitable for vegetarians. Its as easy as swapping meat for fish, vegetables, tofu or quorn to make a lovely vegetarian option. We also have some alternative vegetarian recipes listed on our website.


How do I find SO Easy Seasonings and Kits?

You can browse for the product you want by selecting ‘SHOP’ from the main menu and choosing which type of product for are looking for.

I have just placed an order; can i amend or cancel it?

To ensure we meet our dispatch timings we commence work on your order as soon as it was placed. If you wish to amend an order please email us on and we will do our best to help you, if you order has not already been dispatched.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Please enter your discount code in the discount box when going through the checkout process. Please make sure that you select the ‘update’ button for this to be applied to your order. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.

How do I pay for an order?

We like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use any of the cards listed on the site or alternatively you can pay through PayPal. We also take security very seriously, so you have peace of mind that your details will be safe with us.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept the following cards: VISA, VISA DEBIT and MASTERCARD. We also accept payments via PAYPAL.

What currencies do you accept?

You can pay using UK Pound Sterling (GPD)

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our aim is to post out every order the following working working day if ordered by 5pm, however, in times of extreme busy periods or unforeseen circumstances  orders can take a little longer to process than normal.


How do I change the details on my account?

Once you have signed up, you will be able to log into My Account anytime you want and from here you can change your password, email address and postal address details if you need to.

If you haven’t visited us in a while, it’s worth checking My Account to make sure all your details are up to date.

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No you do not have to set up an account; you can use our express guest checkout option. But creating an account does make it easier to buy from us again as you will not have to fill in your details every time you shop. Setting up your account is quick and easy, it can be done before you start browsing or when you come to checkout.

How do i check if i have placed an order or check the progress of my order?

If you have a So Easy Seasonings account, login and view the orders page in ‘MY ACCOUNT’. This page will show all your orders and let you know when an order has been dispatched. You will also receive an email confirming order progress


Is it safe to order online?

Yes. We use a secure payment gateway which offers you the highest level of security to protect businesses and shoppers from data theft and fraud.

We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information such as your name and address. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

Don't worry. This can happen for a number of reasons. If you have ample funds, it's most likely to be one of the following...

A card digit has been entered wrong

I am having problems receiving an email from your site

If you have not received an email that should have been sent from the site (such as a confirmation of an order or a forgotten password reset) there are a few steps you can take to fix this:

  1. Check you have entered your email address correctly. If you can log in to your So Easy Seasonings account this will be the email address you use on the login screen, check this is correct. If you find your account is using an incorrect email address please contact us at to let us know and we can update this for you.
  2. Can you receive other emails at this address? You could check this by sending yourself an email from a different email account or asking a friend to send you something.
  3. You may need to check your spam or junk folder or unblock
  4. Have you run out of space for new emails? Consult your email provider for instructions on what to do, or how to find out.
  5. If you still don't receive the email from us and you want to make sure your order has been placed correctly, view the orders page in ‘MY ACCOUNT’. This page will show all your orders and let you know when an order has been dispatched.
