We’ve been inspired by the spices of Morocco and Tunisia, hand-blending warm paprika, cumin and chili powder with aromatic mint and garlic, for a seasoning which pleases the tongue and the nose in equal measure.
The word “harissa”, derives from “herass” in Arabic, referring to the action of crushing dried chilies. So, get crushing and combine chili peppers, bell peppers and our spice blend with oil, vinegar and a squeeze of lemon.
