We have thoughtfully designed this book with a fantastic mix of low calorie great tasting meals which are nutritionally balanced and focus on fresh, nutrient packed foods. They don’t use lots of complex ingredients that are a hassle to find in the local supermarket - you’ll probably have most of the ingredients in your cupboard / fridge already.
They’re easy to make and many can be cooked in bulk because let’s face it; most of us don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. And finally, and most importantly, they’re packed full of flavour.
Another great addition to this book is that all recipes have a bar code which you can scan to My Fitness Pal to track your calories / macros.
